Some of my items are missing from my order.Updated 14 days ago

Before getting in touch, it is worth checking your tracking first as some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. If your missing item is on its way separately, this will show up in your tracking updates.

You can also check your original order confirmation email to see exactly what was included in your order.

If everything points to an item being genuinely missing, please reach out to us using the chat button on this page with your order number and a note of what is missing and we will get a replacement sent out to you.

Please note that matches are no longer included in the candle kit and will not be shipped with your order.
