My parcel says it’s been delivered but I haven’t got it?Updated 14 days ago
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, here are a few things to check first:
- Check if it has been left in a safe place. Couriers will sometimes leave parcels in a sheltered spot nearby such as a porch, side gate, or behind a bin.
- Check with your neighbours. It may have been delivered to a nearby address by mistake.
- Check the shipping address on your order. If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, the parcel may have been delivered there instead.
- Check for a calling card. The courier may have attempted delivery and left a card with instructions on how to rearrange it.
