Is UV Resin safe to use?Updated 14 days ago
UV Resin is safe to use when handled correctly. Here are a few precautions to keep in mind:
- Wear the gloves included in your kit when handling the resin. The resin can cause skin irritation and may cause an allergic skin reaction with repeated skin contact.
- Avoid contact with your eyes. If you have safety goggles, these are worth wearing, particularly when pouring or applying the resin.
- Work in a well-ventilated area. Avoid breathing in any fumes or mist during application.
- Wash your hands thoroughly after handling, even if you have been wearing gloves.
- Keep out of reach of children under 14.
If the resin comes into contact with your skin, wash the area immediately with plenty of soap and water. If you develop a skin rash or irritation, seek medical advice. If it gets into your eyes, rinse with running water for several minutes.
