To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is a flat rate of $10.

To start a return, reach out to us using the chat button on this page. We will check your order, provide you with a return label, and walk you through the rest of the process. Please do not send your return to our registered address, as we will not be able to receive or process it.

Once we have received your parcel, we will process your refund within 14 days.
